This is a quick and easy recipe for mushroom sauce. It is great for stews with chicken or meat balls

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
3 carrots
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
2 tablespoon oil
2 heaping tablespoons of instant mushroom soup powder
1/4 cup wine
2 ½ cups of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional - a few piece of chopped red pepper

Sauté the onions, garlic, peppers until the onions are translucent
