Don’t throw out those over-ripe bananas. This recipe for banana bread is a great way to use them

Instructions:

<p> Ingredients:</p>
<p> 1 cup sugar – if you are using over-ripe bananas reduce the sugar to 3/4; cup</p>
<p> 1/2 cup butter or margarine</p>
<p> 2 eggs</p>
<p> 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 bananas)</p>
<p> 1/3 cup milk</p>
<p> 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar</p>
<p> 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder</p>
<p> 1/2 cup chopped walnuts</p>
