This is a very easy, very tasty, filling stew made with lentils, potatoes and zucchini

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups water
1 ½ cups dry lentils
1 potato
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon instant beef broth
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cumin powder
2 medium zucchini peeled and sliced

Cook the lentils in the water 30 min

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook covered 30 min.

Taste and add salt if needed
That’s it! Easy and tasty!
