How to make Kentucky fried chicken

This is a delicious finger licking treat!

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon MSG *Optional but makes it scrumptious
1 cup flour
¾ teaspoon black pepper
1 chicken cut into pieces
Oil for frying

Put all the dry ingredients into a plastic bag and shake well to mix them

Beat an egg in a bowl
roll 1 piece of chicken in it to coat completely

Put one chicken piece in the plastic bag with the dry ingredients , hold the end closed and shake it to coat the chicken.
Repeat the dip and shake for each piece.

Brown chicken pieces bottom side down in oil heated on a low flame. Fry slowly for 15 min.
Do not turn over or play with the pieces.

After the 15 minutes all the pieces should be browned on the bottom and the pink juices should start to show.
Turn only this one time.
Fry for another 15 min

When the second 15 minutes has passed and all the pieces have browned remove them from the oil
Place them in a clean frying pan that has a cover

Cover and cook over medium low heat for 10 minutes or until it is done
