How to fold an origami inflatable bunny

This guide will show you how to fold a cute bunny that inflates when you blow into it.

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

You will need one square of paper

This model begins with the waterbomb base – steps 2 -5

Fold and unfold in half diagonally in both directions

Flip the paper over to the back side

Fold it in half horizontally and unfold
Fold it in half vertically and unfold

Flip the paper over again

Pinch and fold all the diagonal creases.
Continue pinching and the other folds will go inward

Result – the waterbomb base

With the long edge at the bottom
fold the left and right points up to the top center

Fold the left and right points of the flaps you just made to the center

Fold the left top flap down and align the left edge with the flap below it. Crease and unfold

Fold the right top flap down and align the right edge with the flap below it. Crease and unfold

Open the center right flaps pocket and stick the right upper flap you just folded into it

Open the center left flaps pocket and stick the left upper flap you just folded into it

Result

Flip the paper over to the back side and place the long edge on top

Bring the right and left edges up to the center crease

Starting from the upper corners fold the flaps you just made down and to the sides.

Fold the left and right sides down from the center and align them with the center crease.

Result

Bring the left and right edges together with one hand
and bring the back edges together with your other hand

While holding the 4 layers blow hard into the hole at the top

The air will force the sides to pop out and your bunny will be ready
