In this tutorial you will learn how to get the IP address of a Web site.

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

First, click on the "Start" button on the task bar.

Now click on (Windows XP or Vista) and write in the window that opens CMD,
This opens a command prompt that will allow you to run different commands.

In Windows 7 after pressing Start, you can write CMD directly in the Search menu.

In the window that opens write the command:
ping www.domain.com

www.domain.com is an example - replaced it with the desired site address

Press enter and wait for the end of the process.

The window will show something like in the picture.

The IP address is circled in red
