How to make great tasting rice

The easiest rice to make and the tastiest

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Put water in a kettle to boil.

Pour a thin layer of oil into a pot - not olive oil
Place the pot over high heat

When the oil warms slightly - put a cup of rice into the pot, and stir it 30-45 seconds

Add two cups of boiling water
Add salt to taste (about two flat tablespoons).
Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.

Wait fifteen minutes or so.
Check if the rice has absorbed the water.
If it has, turn off the heat, put a towel over the pot, and the cover on top of the towel.
Let it stand for a few minutes.

Tips

This recipe is for 2 people. Use 2 cups of water for every cup of rice.
