Here is a quick, easy and green way to make your table setting more decorative. It uses toilet paper rolls and that pretty wrapping paper you saved.

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Materials:
Toilet paper rolls
Wrapping paper
Scissors
Glue
Clothes pins

Cut a slit lengthwise in your toilet paper roll

Cut a strip 1 1/2 inches wide.

Coat the inside (the concave curved side) of the toilet paper roll with glue
Place the wrapping paper face down on the table
and center the toilet paper roll on top of it.
