How to make an origami purse

Steps

   Step 1

   

   Materials:

   1 square or 1 rectangle of paper

   Step 2

   

   Bring the right edge over to the left edge as if you were going to fold the paper in half. Do not crease it. Just pinch the edge to make a half way mark.

   *Short sides on top and bottom for rectangle paper

   Step 3

   

   Fold the side edges to the crease mark.

   Unfold

   Step 5

   

   Bring the bottom edge up to the top edge as if you are going to fold it in half. Do not crease just make a pinch mark at the edge.

   Bring the bottom edge up to the pinch mark and pinch the edge.

   Bring the bottom edge up to the last pinch mark you just made and pinch the edge.

   Fold the top edge down to the last pinch mark you just made.

    Rotate the paper so that the folded edge is on the bottom.

    Fold the bottom corner to align with the creases.

    Fold the edge of the top layer down to the tops of the triangles.

    Fold it one more time down over the edges of the triangles.

    Hold the center of the folded section and pull it  up.  The sides will come up.

    Squeeze the corners and the sides will fold inwards.

    Fold the top corners down to align with the center.

    Bring the top down over the top edge of the pocket.
