How to make giant chocolate sugar cookies

   Ingredients:

   2 cups flour

   1/3 cup cocoa powder for baking

   1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

   11/4 cup butter or margarine

   1 cup sugar

   2 eggs

   1 teaspoon vanilla

   Sugar for dipping

   Mix the butter and sugar together
