Materials:
12 strips of paper
Paper glue

Fold a strip in half to mark the center. Put glue on the crease.
Place it vertically on the table.

Fold a second strip in half to mark the center
Place the second strip horizontally on top of the first.
*Use the crease marks as a guide for placing the centers together.

Fold 2 more strips in half to find the center

Use the crease marks as guides for where to place and glue them on top of the horizontal strip.
Leave a space of 1 strip width on each side of the middle strip.

*the middle strip should be under the horizontal strip and the 2 on the sides will be on top of the horizontal strip.

Fold another strip in half to mark the middle. Put glue on the crease.

Lift the top of the middle vertical strip and insert the strip.
Slide it down to a distance of the width of the strip and center the crease is in the middle.

When the glue in the middle has dried, glue the parts touching the side strips.

Lift the bottom of the center strip, slide in another strip and glue as you did in the last step.

Result
The weaving part is finished.

Lift the right vertical strip and right side of the horizontal strip, marked with a star in the picture.

Twist the ends so that the bottoms point upward

Align them and glue in place

When the glue dries repeat on the left upper side, marked with stars in the picture

Result

When the glue has dried, rotate the glued top to the bottom and repeat steps 8 and 9

Repeat steps 2 to 11 to make another.

Flip the one on the right to the back side and rotate it so that the glued loops are at the top, bottom and sides.

Place the right piece on top of the left.
Glue the ends of the straight strips to the curved inside of the loops

Result
Your woven strip decoration is finished!
