How to make a 5 pointed star from paper
This guide will show you how to make a pretty five pointed star. This is a simplified version of the five pointed star made with money folding.
What You'll Need
- 5 pointed star
- origami star
- paper star

Steps

Step 1
Materials: 5 equal size squares of paper Paper for strips of a different color Paper glue Scissors to cut the strips - 2

Hold the paper with the points at the top, bottom and sides Bring the sides together to fold it in half Unfold - 3

Fold the top sides down to align with the center crease. - 4

The result is a kite shape - 5

Fold the remaining 4 square papers the same way for a total of 5 kite shapes - 6

Cut 5 strips of paper long enough to stick out a little from both sides of the widest paper of the kite. See the picture - 7

Align and glue a strip beneath the flaps of each kite shape. - 8

Place one kite with the long point vertical. Place a second kite to the left with the long edge horizontal (see the picture) Put some glue on the left end of a strip of the kite on the right.
