How to make a Christmas tree from a book
Don’t throw out old books. Missing covers are not a problem. It is very easy to turn them into tabletop Christmas trees.

Steps

Step 1
Materials:
An old unwanted book

Step 2
Pull the cover off of the book.
Pull off any chunks of the binding.

Start with the first page.
Fold the top edge down to align with the left edge.

Step 4
Fold the slanted top edge to align with the left edge.

Step 5
Press the bottom against the straight edge to make a horizontal crease mark.
Lift the flap and use the crease to fold the point inward.

Step 6
Result
That’s it, 3 folds on each page.
Turn the page and repeat on the next one.

As you fold more pages they will start to make a cone shape.

A cone will have formed by the time you get to the last page.
