How to make a spinning top from a cd

   To make a a spinning top from a cd you will need: An old cd A plastic bottle cap 1 marble Glue that adheres plastic and glass together

   Place the cd on the table with the shiny side facing up. Glue the plastic bottle cap to the center.

   When the glue has dried completely turn the cd over to the other side. Glue the marble in the hole of the cd. It will go in only about ¼ of the way.

   That’s it! Only 2 steps and you have a great spinning top. It’s smooth and shiny and spins a long time. You can enjoy seeing the shiny side spin or glue paper with a design to it. *Do not leave children young enough to swallow marbles alone with any toys that have marbles.
