Step 1: Gather Materials and Tools
Collect all materials and tools. Organize them on a flat work surface.
Step 2: Prepare the Toilet Paper Roll Strips
Flatten each empty toilet paper roll. Use scissors to cut the roll into strips about 1 inch wide. You need 5-6 strips per flower.
Tip: Uniform Strips
Use a ruler and pencil to mark cutting lines before cutting. This helps keep strips even, especially for kids.
Step 3: Shape the Petals and Center
