    To make the 4 inches wide flower to decorate a present (as was made for this demonstration ) you will need for the petals: 8 squares of one color 1 ¾ inches wide 8 squares of the same color 1 ½ inches wide And 8 squares 1 inch wide of another color Any size can be used just keep in mind that the petals get smaller towards the center.
