How to make paper leaves

Steps

   Materials: Square piece of paper Paper glue Scissors

   Place the square paper with the points at the top, bottom and sides Bring the bottom point up to the top point to fold it in half

   Result Make a small fold at the bottom

   Use the fold as a guide to make an accordion fold all the way to the top

   Rotate the paper so that the long straight edge is at the top. Bring the edges together to fold it in half

   Put glue on the inside along the straight edge

   Squeeze the 2 halves together tightly until the glue dries

   This is the result when the glue has dried. There is a point sticking out at the top. If you want to have a leaf without the point go to the next step

    Squeeze the sides together again along the folds Notice the flap of the fold on top makes a triangle at the tip Make a straight cut along the edge of the flap to cut off the triangle at the tip
