Materials:
Toilet paper rolls
Aluminum foil used for cooking
White glue
Scissors
Ruler

Cut a 1 inch slice lengthwise from the toilet paper roll

Make marks around the roll 1 inch apart and cut strips using these marks as guides.

1 inch is the height of the ring. If you want higher rings add to the distance between the markings

Overlap the ends of the strips and glue then in place.
Let the glue dry completely.

Cut a piece of aluminum foil about 6 inches X 6 inches.
Crumple it up in a ball.

Open up the aluminum foil - not all the way and do not smooth it out
Place the tube you made in the center.

Roll and squash the aluminum foil around the tube. Do not smooth it with your fingers only squash it around.

Result

Place the fingers of one hand on the inside of the ring and the fingers of your other hand on the outside so you do not lose the round shape.
Press the aluminum foil again and again and again until it is squashed as much as possible against all the surface area inside and out.
Do not smooth only press to squash.

Your silver napkin ring is ready!
