How to fold an origami envelope

Steps

   Step 1

   
   You will need 1 rectangle piece of paper. *Note the bigger the length to the width of the paper the thinner the envelope will be

   Step 2

   
   Place the paper with the short edges at the sides. Fold the paper in half vertically unfold

   Step 3

   
   Fold in half horizontally Unfold
4. 4

   Step 4

   
   Fold the bottom up about 1/3 the way to the middle crease unfold
5. 5

   Step 5

   
   Bring the corners up to the crease you just made
6. 6

   Step 6

   
   Fold the sides along the vertical edge of the triangles you just made Unfold
7. 7

   Step 7

   
   Fold the bottom up again Then fold the sides again Fold the corners up
8. 8

   Step 8

   
   Fold the sides along the inner side of the triangle You just made
9. 9

   Step 9

   
   Starting about 1/3 from the center crease fold the top corners down
10. 10

    Step 10

    
    Bring the top down, tuck it into the pocket at the bottom and crease.

    Your envelope is finished.
