Step 1
Materials: Junk mail, scrap paper or wrapping paper Paper glue stick White glue Scissor Wooden skewer or similar object Toilet paper roll or thin cardboard - 2
Step 2
Cut the paper into equal sizes. The thin wrapping paper used in this guide was 7” X 12”. Different paper thickness and sizes will result in different effects. - 3
Step 3
Put the paper face down. Place the skewer at a point of the paper Roll up the paper on the skewer - 4
Step 4
Put glue on the tip before you finish rolling it up. - 5
Step 5
Flatten the rolled paper - 6
Step 6
Make a small fold one the edge. - 7
Step 7
Roll the paper around the fold. Squeeze it tightly and put glue now and again to keep it in place - 8
Step 8
Glue the end down. Squeeze the roll at the sides to hold it in place for a few seconds while the glue dries. - 9
Step 9

Step 10
Press a toilet paper roll flat and cut a slice about ¾ the height of the rolled paper you just made. Cut 1 slice for a napkin ring or 2 slices for a bracelet - 11
Step 11
Cut the slices open - 12
Step 12
If you are making a napkin ring glue the ends of one slice together If you are making a bracelet glue 2 together to make a ring big enough to slide over your hand. - 13
Step 13
Open one side and flatten the ring Do not use glue. Align the rolled papers on the cardboard just to see how many you need to make - 14
Step 14
Cut strips of paper - 15
Step 15
Glue the ring closed. Glue the edge of a face up strip to the inside of the ring. - 16
Step 16
Apply glue to the paper strip and wrap it around the cardboard ring. Add strips as needed to cover all of it. - 17
Step 17
Result - 18
Step 18
Apply a generous amount of paper glue to the bottom of the rolled paper. Place it on the ring and hold it down a few seconds until it dries. White glue takes too long and it will slide out of place. If you use hot glue that dries instantly skip the next step. - 19
Step 19
When you have added all the rolls squeeze white glue under them to make sure they stay in place. - 20
Step 20
When the glue has dried your bracelet or napkin ring is finished!
