Materials: 1 square paper with a different color on each side

Hold the paper with the points at the top, bottom and sides. Fold it in half vertically and unfold. Fold it in half horizontally and unfold.

Fold the bottom point up to the center.

Result. Now unfold it.

Fold the bottom point up to the crease you just made.

Fold up along the crease.

Bring the bottom edge up to the center crease.

Result Repeat steps 3 to 7 on opposite side.

The crease on the right top flap has a horizontal crease line that aligns with the horizontal center crease on the left side. Now unfold

Repeat on the left side.

Rotate the paper. Open the 2 flaps at the top and push down from the inside along the crease.

Push down from the inside and the top will come down by itself. Press the top down all the way.

Fold the side points to the center.

Fold the top flap back over along the edge of the small top triangles.

Result Rotate the paper and repeat on the opposite side.

Result. You can stop here for a box with pointed flaps or continue. Fold the top flap back down

Fold the top layer up along the bottom tips of the side flaps.

Fold the layer you just made up along the edge of the bottom side triangles. Repeat steps 18 and 19 for the other side.

Rotate the model to see your finished collapsible box or coin purse. When you pull the top flaps to the sides the walls underneath come up to form a box.
