How to make a rolled paper bracelet
This scrap paper bracelet looks like it is made from old wood.

Materials:
Scrap paper
Paper glue
Scissors
Wooden skewer
Optional

Cut a 1 inch X 11 inch strip of paper
Fold it about 1 inch from the end.

Wrap the paper around your fist and make a mark where the folded edge touches the paper underneath.

Cut 1 inch X 2 1/2 inch strips.

Roll each strip around the skewer and glue the end closed.

Pull the rolled paper off of the skewer and press on each end to straighten the edges.

Glue a paper roll next to the line marked on the long strip.

Press it down to flatten.

Align and glue another roll next to the first and then flatten it.

Repeat until you have glued rolls up to the crease of the other end.

Cut 2 more 2 inch X 10 inch strips
Fold them in half lengthwise.
Unfold
Fold the top and bottom edges to the crease.

Put glue on the paper.
Align the bracelet to the center crease.
Fold it over along the center crease.

Repeat on the bottom edge.

Fold the short edge along the crease you made in step 2.
Cut the other end about 1 inch from the last glued roll.

Bring the ends around together so that the first roll aligns with the last roll.
Glue it in place.
Align and glue the top and bottom folded strips.

Put glue under any parts sticking up and press them in place.

You can stop at this point or color the bracelet with paint or a shiny coating.
