How to make a rug from old tee shirts.

Steps

   Materials: Old tee shirts Scissors Needle and thread Large hooked crochet needle

   Cut off the hem of your tee shirt.

   Cut a long continuous strip from the bottom of the tee shirt until you get to the bottom of the sleeves.

   When you pull the strip taunt it will roll up lengthwise. Work your way up the entire strip, pulling it taunt.

   Roll it up into a ball.

   Make a loose knot at the end of the strip.

   Insert the crochet needle into the knot and bring the long end of the tee shirt yarn behind the needle.

   Bring the long end of the tee shirt yarn up over the needle.
