This is an easy modular origami chain. Each link uses two squares of paper
It can be used for party and holiday decorations.

Difficulty level: Beginners

Instructions:

Materials
Squares of equal size - 2 are needed for each link
Paper glue

Fold a square in half diagonally
unfold

Rotate the paper and fold it diagonally in the opposite direction

Fold the top point down to bottom edge

Fold bottom edge up to the crease you just made

Fold the top point down to the top edge of the flap you just made

Fold the 2 sides up along the edges of the layer you just made

Put a little glue on the point at one end of one unit and insert it into the slit of the end of the second unit

To add more links glue together only one side. Insert the unit through the last finished link and then close the other side
